What happens if I order a product by mistake?
Orders are processed electronically. We cannot make changes to the “ship to” address once an order has been placed. Once a product is released to the delivery agent, you will receive a shipping notification email with updated tracking information (is available) including an estimated delivery date. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed through the site if merchandise has already been shipped.
